Dude! I don't know if THIS is a hoax or not, but I DO believe that Michael Jackson is still alive and is faking his death. He probably did so to earn more money for himself and his family b/c they're all in debt up to their ears, esp. of course MJ himself. He and his f'd up family (if they're in on it) didn't have to put us through this, though. Just make more and better music, I say.
